In 1 Minute You Can Make This Smoothie Using Any Fruit You Like!

After eating at a breakfast place on our drive back from Whistler, my boyfriend tried to replicate a smoothie he ordered and fell in love with.  This was several months ago, and ever since then I’ve been making these smoothies almost daily.  This is definitely a dessert that is easy and quick to make…taking about 1 minute!  The best part is that you can use pretty much anything you have on hand and it will still taste great.  My staples are a banana, a handful of fruit, yogurt, and juice or milk.  Sounds simple right?  Well, you can watch me make this on Youtube to see for yourself!  Enjoy!

EASY SMOOTHIES
 
1 Banana
1 cup of yogurt (any flavour)
1/2 cup of juice or milk
1/2 cup fruit (fresh or frozen)

Blend together all ingredients for about 30 seconds or until smooth.  Enjoy immediately or cool in the refrigerator.  This makes enough for 2 people.
