I LOVE apple pie. Whether it’s fall, winter, spring or summer, I could eat a hot slice with vanilla ice cream anytime. But when it comes to pie desserts, easy and quick are not words that come to mind especially when you have to make a pie crust. However, I just found a super easy way to make a similar apple pie dessert–apple crisp! The site About.com has a short video on how to make apple crisp in the microwave!
