In 1 Minute You Can Make This Smoothie Using Any Fruit You Like!
After eating at a breakfast place on our drive back from Whistler, my boyfriend tried to replicate a smoothie he ordered and fell in love with. 1 cup of yogurt (any flavour)

With Prep Time Included, This Homemade Ice Cream Is Ready
In 15 Minutes MAX!
With the summer heat finally here, it’s nice to make a dessert that is refreshing and doesn’t involve slaving over a hot stove. I was excited to find this recipe at Lifestyle.ca that claims to take less than 15 minutes in total! Basically it involves using a blender, or food processor and mixing up strawberries, sugar and whipping cream in about 5 minutes…talk about a dessert that’s easy and quick. I just don’t see how you can go wrong with this sweet ingredient combination. If you’re patient, you might want to freeze it before serving. But either way, it’s going to be cool and creamy…perfect for a hot summer’s day. Enjoy!
5-MINUTE STRAWBERRY ICE CREAM
2 ½ cups frozen strawberries
½ cup sugar
2/3 cup whipping cream
In a food processor (or blender), combine the frozen strawberries and the sugar. Process until the fruit is roughly chopped — the mixture will look dry and chunky. Now, with the processor running, add the whipping cream through the chute in the lid until the mixture is thick, smooth and creamy. You may have to stop the machine once or twice to scrape down the sides.
Serve immediately (it will be soft but incredibly delicious), or transfer to a container and place in the freezer so that it firms up slightly before serving. Any leftovers (ha!) can be kept in the freezer for up to a week.

I was at my sister’s house last week and noticed 3 very ripe bananas sitting on her kitchen counter. When she told me that they would probably end up in the trash can, I quickly jumped into action, searching for recipes online. Needless to say, my options were slim but I did find this dessert that’s super easy and quick to make, using pancake mix! It’s from Allrecipes.com and takes only 30 minutes from start to finish. My sister raved about these because they’re extremely moist and delicious. It’s a perfect recipe for those ripe bananas or for those who don’t know what to do with extra pancake mix. Enjoy!
